In general, if you're experiencing difficulties logging into your Vibe Rides - Driver or Vibe Rides - Rider app, the first troubleshooting step we recommend is that you reset your password. Password resets can be done in-app from the start-up screen.
If you are still unable to sign into your account after resetting your password, you will need to contact the appropriate support team and advise that you've attempted to change your password and have still been unsuccessful.
