Trip Avoidance is defined as the act of avoiding very short or very long rides by cancelling rides after acceptance due to the distance of either:
- The Rider's Pick-Up location
- The Rider's Drop-Off destination
We monitor fare cancellations and thus trip avoidance patterns very closely. If it is observed that a Driver-Partner routinely (or with some regularity) accepts and then cancels very short or very long rides, this will be deemed a violation of your Driver agreement and your account may be suspended or permanently disqualified.
Our Driver-Partners understand that every ride counts and it's an opportunity to positively impact someone's life - even if that just means getting them from point a to point b.
