Repair, Cleaning or Lost and Found Fees                       
“You shall be responsible for the cost of repair for damage to, or necessary cleaning of, vehicles and property resulting from use of the Services under your Account in excess of normal "wear and tear" damages and necessary cleaning ("Repair or Cleaning").”
                       
If an incident involving a rider resulted in damage to your vehicle beyond normal wear and tear, please let us know - you may be eligible for an inconvenience fee of up to $250 based on the extent and nature of the damage. 


We may also be able to assist you with an insurance claim.
 
To help us determine if you are eligible for assistance, please notify us and submit the following:

- Photos of the damage and a detailed description of the incident within 3 days from the date of the trip

 
- For extensive damages, a professional repair or cleaning estimate/receipt within 5 business days of contacting support


- Vibe Rides Claim Form
                       
If you are unable to meet these time requirements within the allotted timeframe or the information provided is insufficient, you may be ineligible for an inconvenience fee.
